God I was at that restaurant in Annapolis yesterday that serves those 4 lbs milkshakes and these two dudes were just finishing one together and people were asking them for tips and they were like “you have to get like mint chocolate chip or something because if there’s no texture it gets too boring to finish” and all I could keep thinking was that it can only be a matter of time before some god wipes this town off the map and we will have earned it with our disgusting hubris

I’m a little nervous but my curiosity is overwhelming~ what, pray tell, is the Burger incident of 2016?
In 2016 the day Pokémon Go came out I worked up a big appetite with my friends and we went to Steak ‘n Shake and I decided that none of the burgers looked big enough which…..I don’t know if I thought the photos on the menu were actual size I don’t know what was going on but
I asked the server for the biggest one they had and she said “that’s the 7×7, it’s not on the menu…you don’t want that”
And immediately my friends knew I was fucked because I felt challenged which I blame on my middle child syndrome and also on that I am by birth just an idiot so I ordered it without knowing competitive food bloggers write entire articles about this thing.
I sort of knew I was in trouble when the cook came to see who’d ordered it but I wasn’t backing down and in the end I ate all 1300 calories and THEN the fries and ALSO my shake and I had to go to my friend’s and take a three hour nap and when I woke up I was so fucked up that I just started eating leaves straight off her mint plant because antacids weren’t going to cut it.
Then I complained for like two days and Ultimately I learned absolutely nothing.

Today I learned that in the first Olympics that had woman’s weightlifting, the united states weightlifter (who was 17 years old) set a U.S. record that hasn’t been beaten. She’s one of the most decorated female athletes in U.S history.

adventure time – the first two seasons kinda sucked imo but if you go by this watch guide and just stick it through youll be so happy you did also obviously bubbline is absolutely wonderful and finn shares lances va
amphibia – set for 2019 release the main character is a thai girl who gets transported to a world inhabited by frogs
the owl house – set for 2019 another disney original with a girl lead coming out the main character luz finds a portal to the demon realm and pursues her dreams of becoming a witch (found family troupe!!!!!!)
bee and puppycat – theres not many episodes out but its continuing in 2019 and its just a really nice and calming experience A Very Different Feel considering its directed at young adults also toast is wlw
big hero 6 the series – if you enjoyed the movie youll probably like the show the comedy is cute and so are the characters
craig of the creek – the main character is black and its set in a place called the creek where children of all kinds go to play the entire cast is endearing and there are goth girlfriends
danger and eggs – made by a trans woman, story edited by none other than may chan from atla and voltron, a bunch of lgbt characters, and a charming sense of humor the last episode released is set at pride
infinity train – slated for a 2019 premiere this is a cartoon network original series about a girl and her robot on their journey through a seemingly infinite train with limitless possibilities to find a way back home
ok k.o.! let’s be heroes – by far one of the best shows ive seen in a long time the only downside is the art and aside from that i can say its been an absolute pleasure to watch there are lgbt characters as well
she-ra and the princesses of power – she-ra dreamworks reboot thats being developed by the creator of lumberjanes (lots of lgbt and poc rep) coming out november 16th
summer camp island – it may be directed at a slightly younger age group but that does not mean its not enjoyable its adorable and really sweet and there are lgbt characters
tangled the series – like with bh6 if you liked the movie im sure youll enjoy the show this one has really awesome character development and plot plus some really amazing original songs
the dragon prince – though the animation style may not be what everyone wanted its by people who worked on atla and svtfoe and that can only mean good things its coming out september 14th
victor and valentino – a cn original mexican folk-themed show about two total opposite half-brothers who search about their town for adventure but find strange and supernatural happenings waiting set for late 2018

Since non fe people hate all the fe characters in Smash, and fe people hate that there isn’t enough fe character in Smash, I propose this compromise: no fe characters in Smash, instead have an FE game but the playable cast is all the other smash characters. It’s perfect: no one is complaining about how Lucina and Chrom being in Smash is taking up apparently precious limited roster slots (or something), and there’s a Fire Emblem with Snake in it.
And I’d like to be clear: I don’t mean just like a cross-over strategy RPG like Project X Zone. I mean like a regular Fire Emblem, with the Fire Emblem Plot and Fire Emblem tropes, but now you can s-rank Donkey Kong and Luigi
