I’m not defending her or anything but honestly, what do you expect? She’s a mainstream American politician. She might be better than most but if any politician at this point ran on a platform of not deporting anyone then they’d instantly be seen as too radical and “idealistic” by the media and the general public. I mean it took us a very long time before most people got on board with the idea that having a health care system similar to basically every other first world country wasn’t too radical.
The context for this was that a 95-year old Nazi war-crime suspect who happened to live in the district for which she is running for Congress was finally deported (he was actually ordered to be deported 2004 but no country would accept him until now, when Germany finally agreed), and the GOP attacked her for it, and then when she clarified that yes, she still wants to abolish ICE but some deportation will be necessary, like the deportation of Nazis suspected of being war criminals, the left attacked her for that, because that makes her a cop.
The HD graphics really make it that much funnier that we all know Oddish is gonna wreck his shit
So I’ve been seeing this sentiment in the comments pretty often so lemme just break it down.
These are Oddish’s base stats.
Nothing too impressive overall, but pay attention to that high Special attack stat.
These are Onix’s stats.
And his weaknesses
For all his size, Onix has great defense, which makes sense. However, his Special defense is horrible and he doesn’t have enough HP for that high defense to matter much this early in the game.
The only damaging attack my Oddish had at this point was absorb, a base 20 power Special Attack. Usually, not that great. However, due to Onix’s nonexistent HP and a lack of Special Defense, and the fact that it is 4x weak to grass moves, that pathetic little absorb, from this tiny radish, fucking obliterated that rock snake in one hit.
It wasn’t even a fight. Oddish just flexed all over Brock’s life. Oddish did the equivalent of a fortnite dance on Onix’s fainted body.
When your in a dungeon in PMD and you step on an explosion trap and you and your partner barely survive then you step off and before you can heal your partner steps on it
so many characters are just dicks for absolutely no reason and i would. simply have to punch them. the way people treat each other in like every single sitcom makes me so angry and i would be on full punch mode all the time and go to comedy jail
I need you to know that I would emphatically and without question pay real human dollars to watch a season of ‘Friends’ where you appear to routinely beat the shit out of Ross Geller
