they don’t think about trans people that are indistinguishable from cis people until they show their birth certificate. it’s not as easy as they think it is distinguishing who is trans from who is cis. do cis people honestly believe they will be exempt from the constant questioning of their gender? that they too won’t have to carry their birth certificate around? that their privacy won’t be invaded?
