So I have this new philosophy

You will NEVER annoy me by asking me to do something for you.

You WILL annoy me if you heavily IMPLY I do something for you.

For example:

“Hey, will you drive me to Walmart?”

“Sure! I’ll pick up some mangoes while I’m there!”

vs:

“Oh it’s SO FAR to Walmart. I just WISH someone could DRIVE me there. Oh, lugging groceries back will be SO HARD if I have to WALK!!!!!!!”
