What’s going on? A mysterious Pokémon is appering in Pokémon GO

According to Serebii: Due to an error on Niantic’s part, the new Pokémon, accidentally leaked in network traffic, replaced all Pokémon at the end of Community Day in Japan. 

The “Mysterious new Pokémon” is reportedly turning into a Ditto or Chikorita when caught!

UPDATE: Niantic’s head of marketing in Japan has started tweeting about this Pokémon indicating it’s a tease rather than a mistake. 

UPDATE: The “Mysterious New  Pokémon” now has been replaced by a Kecleon and has now disappeared.
